Whole Healing Package
Includes 60 min initial consult + 3 follow-ups - $250
This package is designed to set you up for your best chance at success. It includes an initial consultation, three 30 minute follow-ups, email support between appointments, and weekly accountability check-ins. This allows us to work together every step of the way to ensure that your healthy lifestyle sticks.

Follow Up
30 min - $50 | 60 min - $75
Follow-up sessions allow for accountability, encouragement, and evaluation of progress towards reaching your health goals. We will recognize achievements, identify and work with any obstacles that may have come up, and clarify any more questions you may have. Based on your needs, we can make any necessary changes to your health plan, implement future plans, or identify new goals.
Note: Only available to those who have gone through the Whole Healing Package.
Note: The CANNP is recognized by some insurance companies including Manulife, iA Financial Group, GreenShield Canada, and Blue Cross Alberta. Check to see if your plan covers Nutritional Counselling services.
